Hosted by The FLIP, join us for an evening of networking and conversation as we reveal the results of our recent industry-wide survey. We have an array of amazing panellists to talk about some of the key issues highlighted by your survey answers, chaired by previous FLIP interviewees.

The first panel will focus on the ‘second shift’, and how working families can be better supported by employers, and the second on the next generation of leaders, and how we can provide an inclusive, diverse space for everyone to thrive.

We will then present the key findings of our research and how we can build an even better publishing industry from within.

This event is in-person only, although we will be writing up and live-tweeting key takeaways from our panels and discussions. This is a work-in-progress for us, as we try and make The FLIP as accessible as possible whilst finding event spaces that work with our budgets, so please bear with us!
